Mental Health Care Management
Community-based care management services for qualifying Medicaid patients by connecting them with a dedicated care manager, the care manager then meet all there needs by linking them with the appropriate community services. examples are medical appointments, psychiatric appointments, application navigator, transportation application, etc
everyone united goal is to coordinate all your care needs.
Community Resource Navigation
Community resource navigators help by assisting you with your applications for snap cash assistance, medicaid, housing, etc. Our program takes pride in assisting everyone individually and assisting them until the application process is complete.
Housing Support Services
Our housing program is unique and all encompassing. We assist individuals in navigating their housing needs by assisting with application vouchers, Section 8, also managing the vouchers once received. Everyone United educates individuals on how to use the voucher and navigate through the community and aid in housing search. We provide connections with reliable realtors and apartment referrals. We advocate for you once applied and we are with you until you complete the housing application process with follow-ups a year after you move in. We assist in allocating resources for furniture assistance, security deposits, and broker fees.
Benefits and Application Assistance
Simplified access to vital benefits. We provide guidance and support with applications for food stamps, Medicaid, medical transportation, and various assistance programs.
Financial Empowerment Program
Building your path to financial stability. Offering budgeting workshops, assistance with vouchers, and guidance on accessing financial aid for housing and moving costs.
Youth Support Program
Specialized support for children and adolescents. Includes tailored mental health case management, educational support, mentoring connections, and family-focused interventions.
